Approved taxi driver periodic training centre
Introduced in September 2015, taxi driver periodic training is a legal requirement for taxi drivers operating in Northern Ireland, in order to improve their skills and knowledge. Taxi drivers must complete a minimum of 35 hours periodic training every five years in order to retain their taxi driving licence. This 35-hour periodic training must include at least one disability awareness course of a minimum of 3.5 hours. McMillen Driver Training is an approved taxi CPC training centre based in Craigavon.
